These Terms of Service govern your use of the Individual Pro Analysis website, enquiry process, analysis programmes, and the Performance Hub application.

By submitting an enquiry, entering a programme, or using the Performance Hub, you agree to these terms.

Our services are intended exclusively for full-time professional football players. We may decline enquiries that fall outside this scope.

Programme content, delivery format, and inclusions depend on the package selected and any written confirmation we provide.

Performance Hub access is included with programmes as described on the website and may require an approved sign-up process before login details are issued.

We aim to respond to confidential enquiries within 1–3 business days and will typically follow up with a sign-up form where appropriate.

You must keep Performance Hub login details confidential and use the service only for your own professional development.

We may suspend or withdraw access if terms are breached, fees are unpaid, or misuse is identified.

Fees, billing frequency, and package details are as stated on the website or in your programme agreement. Prices may change for future programmes; confirmed agreements remain as agreed for their term unless otherwise stated.

Analysis materials, videos, documentation, branding, and Performance Hub content remain the intellectual property of Individual Pro Analysis Ltd or its licensors.

You receive a limited licence to use programme materials for your own professional development and must not copy, share, sell, or publicly distribute them without our written permission.

We treat player information and analysis as confidential. You agree not to misuse or redistribute materials provided through your programme.

Our analysis supports performance development and does not guarantee selection, transfer outcomes, injury prevention, or sporting results.

Website and app content is provided for information and service delivery; we aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Individual Pro Analysis Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, programmes, or Performance Hub.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
